Brothers

Greasers are almost like hoods; we steal things drive souped-up old cars and hold up gas stations and have a gang fight once in a while.
Not like Socs, who jump greasers and wreck houses and throw beer blasts for kicks and get editorials in the paper for being a disgrace.
We're almost as close as brothers
Tough is the same as rough; tuff means cool, sharp like a tuff looking
Us greasers usually stick together
Our one rule besides, Stick together, is Don't get caught.
We had always been close budddies, and those lonely days in the church stregthened our friendship.
We needed Johnny as much as he needed the gang, and for the same reason.
Half of the hoods i know are pretty decent guys underneath all that grease, and from what i heard a lot of Socs are just cold-blooded mean but people usually go by looks.
Ponyboy, who are you? Where do you come from? Two-Bit’s switchblade, greaser hair…. Where do you belong? An East side greaser they call you. That’s where you must stay.
